Anthony is extremely professional, and reliable. He lets me know when he is on the way so I can make sure vehicles are out of the way for his plowing / blowing operations. He also is very easy to coordinate “extras” like sanding when my parking lot became in ice rink. One thing severely lacking in our community is customer service. Anthony goes above and beyond to make sure his work exceeds the expectations.

This was our best Anchorage contractor experience date. Anthony was meticulous in the work he did for us, kept in close communication through the entirety of the project, provided fair and competitive pricing, and was very patient with the chaos of kids and dogs when he came to our home. We will definitely be asking him back for future projects.

Thanks to Peak for a great job with snow removal on our hillside property in Anchorage. My husband and I are extremely impressed with their service. Their blowing equipment is first class. They cleared wide paths with precision so we can get in and out of our property safely now and they even sanded! We highly recommend them and we’ll continue using their services for sure.

We were in a bind this winter with the continuous snow. We don’t have the right equipment to deal with the snow in our specific driveway because of a center island and a retaining wall all along one side, it makes it very difficult to get the snow out of the way. And we have nowhere to plow it to, so it needs to be blown. I noticed Mr. Pickens’ Peak Contracting truck in our neighborhood taking care of snow. Even though the snow was still coming down, he was out there getting the job done. He agreed to come take a look at our driveway that very day and we now have a new contractor taking care of our snow. Yay!!! Anthony is a tremendous communicator and he does great work. He is incredibly responsive, honest and hard working. We are grateful to have found him.

As a local real estate investor all to often I’ve had maintenance requests that I simply didn’t have the time to accomplish quickly. I am very picky who I let work on my properties, with this said peak integrated contracting has exceeded all my expectations. He knows what he’s doing, clearly communicates realistic expectations and most importantly today does what he says he’s gonna do at a very reasonable price and on schedule. He will be handling all my construction and maintenance needs going forward. And if it doesn’t get better he does snow removal, he bailed me out on short notice when my other plow company seemed all to busy to come out. Overall great work and a fair price, highly recommend.

I hired Anthony to move my fence in my yard to the property line. Not only was he able to squeeze my project into his busy schedule, but him and his team did great work and got the job done fast! I would 100% pick Peak Integrated Contracting for my next project! 10/10 recommend!

Anthony has been exceptional in helping us maintain our rental property's driveway during this super snowfall winter of 2023/2024. Our long, switchback, uphill driveway hadn't been plowed at all through the season thanks to an error on our property manager's side. So after many calls to companies which could not help us we were referred to Peak Integrated Contracting. Anthony is quick to respond and very attentive and all around the kind of person you want do to do business with. Great interpersonal and client relations skills. And I felt confident knowing he could safely take care of the complicated driveway. Thank you so much! We truly appreciate you.

I highly recommend Anthony! We snowplow our own driveway, but this year the driveway slowly became a disaster and we needed help. Anthony did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. He was extremely fast from time of quote to completing the job. We would not hesitate to use his services again!

Last year our deck stairs rotted through and we couldn’t use them. We called Peak and they were quick with a quote and able to come within a few weeks to rebuild our stairs. We love them and couldn’t be happier! He built them to fit our needs since we have a harder time getting up them these days. Highly recommend! We will be utilizing this company in the future when we are ready to rebuilt our entire deck.

I am one of those who only can use Shovel to clean the snow out of my driveway because the machine is so heavy and so expensive. With continuous knowing and impact from time to time my body can do that much on top of that I have so much frustration with city plow the snow and left berm in front of my driveway and also 5 to 8 feet in front of my mailbox. No one can do the job as Mr. Anthony Picken does, he is very reliable, quick response, and a great communication. He has easy my frustration over the berm and help clear snow off my drive way and front of the mail box! Most of all he has a great personality and very sincere to deal with. I would be forever his customer. Thank you again for your great service.
